Account deletion
This page is the external web resource for deleting a Botalka account, as required by Google Play’s account deletion policy. Full privacy details: Privacy Policy.
How to request deletion

Subject: Botalka account deletion
Include:
- The email address of your Botalka account (the one you used to sign in)
- If you used Google Sign-In, the same Google account email
- Optional: your Firebase / account UID if you know it
We will verify that you control the account, then delete the account and associated App data. We aim to finish within 30 days.
What we delete
- Firebase Authentication account for Botalka
- Bot configuration in Cloud Firestore under your user ID (names, instructions, settings)
What you should do on the device
- Stop all bots in the App
- Clear Botalka app storage in Android Settings, or uninstall Botalka — this removes local Telegram bot tokens and local preferences
- Revoke the bot token in @BotFather if you no longer want the Telegram bot to exist
What we cannot fully erase after it was sent
Message text and AI prompts already transmitted to Telegram or Google/Gemini are subject to those providers’ retention policies. Botalka does not keep a cloud archive of chat history.
In-app deletion
When an in-app “Delete account” control is available in Settings, use that for the fastest path. Until then, email the address above — email requests are honored the same way.
